ICTCS Clamping Systems

The Interchangeable Tubular Clamping System "(ICTCS)" is revolutionizing the idea of hoopless embroidery. The clamping action of the ICTCS allows embroidery on many otherwise "un-hoop-able" items The ICTCS are available in a large or small chassis size, each with an assortment of window sizes that are quickly and easily changed.

The ICTCS is simply the easiest way to embroider - bags - CD cases - work jackets - leather - canvas - quilted goods - computer bags - back of caps and more!

The ICTCS 1 is a spring loaded clamping device with inter-changeable windows. The ICTCS fits on your embroidery machine the same as a plastic hoop. Once installed, all you do is open the clamping window by rotating the handle down. Insert what you want to sew and release the clamp.

The ICTCS 1 is ideal for smaller embroidery designs. The smaller windows fit into the pockets of tote bags, computer cases and back packs. The (3) specially designed cap windows allow for sewing on the sides and back of caps. Six window sizes are currently available.

The ICTCS 2 is the larger version of a spring loaded clamping device with inter-changeable windows. The ICTCS 2 fits on your embroidery machine "tubular" the same as a plastic hoop. The larger format chassis accepts window sizes from 5"x 5" square to 7.5"x 6". Once installed, all you do is open the clamping window by rotating the handle down, insert your product and release the clamp.

The ICTCS 2 is ideal for larger embroidery designs. The larger windows allow designs up to 5.5" x 7" on tote bags, computer cases, left chest on canvas jackets, blankets, duffle bags, etc. Six window sizes are currently available.

The ICTCS 3 is the larger version of a spring loaded clamping device with inter-changeable windows. However, at this time we only have the largest window available. The window size is 13" x 9". The ICTCS 3 is a direct drive rail mounted interface, because of the size it can not be set up in the tubular mode and is best used as a table top model.

The ICTCS 3 is ideal for larger embroidery designs. The larger windows allow you to do designs that are currently difficult. You will be able to do beach towels, entry rugs, bath mats, car mats, shower curtains, etc.
